Snake Finance is a yield optimizer on Sonic. It supports Shadow Exchange and other dexs in leveraging the ve(3,3) flywheel. The company was founded by a team of passionate OGs from the Tomb fork community on Fantom.

Our **treasury** will strategically invest in these areas, creating new utilities for the $SNAKE token and driving long-term value for our ecosystem. This multi-faceted approach ensures that $SNAKE remains relevant and resilient in the ever-changing DeFi landscape.

#### **Why Peg to $S?**

Unlike traditional algorithmic tokens pegged to stablecoins, $SNAKE is pegged to $S, the core asset of the Sonic network. This alignment reflects our belief in Sonic's and its ecosystem's long-term growth and potential.\
Snake Finance is a yield optimizer on Sonic. It supports Shadow Exchange and other dexs in leveraging the ve(3,3) flywheel. The protocol was founded by a team of passionate OGs from the Tomb fork community on Fantom.

By pegging $SNAKE to $S, we aim to create a highly liquid, mirrored asset that benefits from the growth and adoption of the Sonic network.

#### **Enhancing Utility and Use Cases**

One of the main challenges faced by algorithmic tokens in the past was a lack of meaningful use cases. Snake Finance addresses this by focusing on continuous innovation and integration within the Sonic ecosystem. $SNAKE is designed to not just maintain its peg but also provide expanded functionality and utility within Sonic’s growing suite of DeFi protocols.

Our optimism about the future of Shadow and the broader Sonic ecosystem is reflected in the design and mission of Snake Finance. With $SNAKE at the core, we are excited to contribute to the success of Sonic and offer new opportunities to its users.
