### **How Snake Earns Points:**

Snake Finance’s **Forest Farms**, **PSM**, and **Silo mechanics** earn Sonic Points when users:

* Stake whitelisted assets (e.g., USDC, aSonUSDC, x33)
* Harvest $gSNAKE rewards
* Participating in Silo Finance (Earning Silo Points as well)

**What Happens with the Points?**

* Snake allocates all Sonic Points **towards $gSNAKE buybacks**
* This creates constant demand pressure on $gSNAKE and redistributes value back to stakers
* No points go to team wallets—100% flows back into the ecosystem

**User Impact:**

* Users directly benefit from increased Nest APRs and stronger token backing due to buybacks funded by these points.
